I don't have much time to write anything, but I'll do what I can.

I don't remember what I wrote in my last entry, but I did end up getting that job. In fact I've been working there since the 28th of April. But now, a month later, gas prices are killing me and I realized that I needed to do something about it because a letter to the senator later didn't solve anything. (Yes I actually wrote a letter about the horrible gas prices, but I doubt it's even been read yet) SO. Now I have a new job. After much prayer, hope and searching, I was able to find a job that will actually give me more hours, has more benefits, is willing to have me full-time and the best part; one I can actually ride my bike to!!

Working late and driving across the world everyday apparently took its toll on my body. I got the flu. The first year in the last 6 that I actually don't get the flu shot and I get it full-fledged! Gah! But I'm feeling better today and ready for more work. I guess.

All of this craziness made me miss the deadline for the contest I wanted to enter. I was sure I wasn't going to make it anyway. So that was thoroughly dissappointing. But oh well.

I have to go get ready for work, I'll keep you updated and hopefully come back with more art!
