I promised pictures from my short visit up north, but unfortunately I don't have anything impressive to show like I had hoped. I really wanted to take some pictures of the Cherry Festival in Traverse City, but I didn't have the spare cash at the time. I only have three pictures to show, if you want to see, they're located here.

In a past journal entry after I came back from a visit before this last one I showed off the pictures I had taken of Leelanau County during the beautiful spring season. *Freakshow6 suggested that I put the pictures up here on DA, and somehow I had forgotten about it until now. I know it's probably a stupid and ditzy comment, but you know what I noticed about submitting photos here on DA? In the artist's comments block under "picture" it has all of the details about the make of the camera, the shutter speed and the date it was taken, and so forth. Umm, I never entered that information. In fact, I didn't even know the shutter speed of my camera until now, let alone know what in the hell an F number is! (photography fail) The whole thing is kind of creepy. I'm sure there's information embedded in the photo that tells DA this stuff and everything, but I was pretty blown away when I first discovered this...

Anyway, it's very late and I better go to bed before I collapse! XP
